Visitors are welcome to join us at the winery year-round to taste our internationally acclaimed wines. Our wines can be found in many top restaurants around the country, as well as in over 30 Michelin Star restaurants across Europe, in Japan, and more.
Tasting Bar
The Tasting Bar is currently open daily from 10am to 5pm, and Saturdays until 6pm (April through October). We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. All are welcome with no reservations required.
All of our wines are VegeCert Vegan certified!
Curated Tours
We are also offering a Curated Winery Tour & Tasting experience, which is available to book online, 7 days a week at 11am. Walk the vineyard and learn about the magic of our vineyards. Enjoy an exclusive tasting of premium offerings in the Barrel Cellar featuring back-vintage library treats and samples taken directly from our French oak barrels. A very special hour for wine lovers presented by our sommelier.

Pizza Oven
Our outdoor pizza oven is now open for the 2024 season! Firing Thursday-Sunday (April 2024) with no reservations required. Full hours of operation below:

- Thursday & Friday 12-4pm
- Saturday 11am-6pm
- Sunday 11am-5pm
Serving Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, organic seasonal salads, PEI’s freshest oysters, house-smoked local trout, and warm cast iron olives. We also have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. Our pizza recipe has been developed by top chefs from some of Toronto’s finest restaurants: Pizzeria Libretto, Terroni, Ortolan, and most importantly our good friend Dave from Mattachioni.
We operate on a first-come, first serve basis. If there is a wait for tables you can taste our wines at the tasting bar, or enjoy a stroll of the property with a glass of wine in hand.

Winter Food Program
Our Winter Food program is available Monday-Wednesday throughout April! Available from 10am to 5pm with no reservations required. Come visit us and enjoy our delicious offerings in PEC. Our winter food program offers casual dine-in service with no reservations. We have limited indoor seating and operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Piping hot individual lasagnas, classic French onion soup, smoked local trout, toasted sourdough bread, and fresh East Coast oysters are served through the winter (vegan and vegetarian options available). We work on a first-come, first-served basis. Our winter food programs offers casual dine-in service with no reservations.
