A unique blend of Niagara Chard from the cool 2017 vintage, and County Riesling from the 2019 vintage. The addition of the Riesling helps accentuate the great minerality that has been drawn from the limestone soils in both regions, as well as a little bit of freshness and acidity. Enjoyed best with fresh seafood bounty from the East Coast/Atlantic Ocean.
