Café Boulud presents: Farm Dinner Series with Bill Parke of Blackview Farm
Chef Tyler Shedden welcomes Bill Parke of Blackview Farm to the Café Boulud kitchen for its first-ever Farm Dinner Series.
The pair will cook a four-course dinner inspired by the Parke’s deep respect for the environment, preservation of farmland, and producing safe and nutritious food. Each course will be paired with a Norman Hardie wine selected by Wine Director Drew Walker.
Mark Schatzker, author of the book “Steak,” columnist for the Globe and Mail, and frequent contributor to Condé Nast will be a guest speaker at the dinner.
