I4C Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration Dinner at Didiers Restaurant June 14th

Six Barrels for Six Chefs @ Huff Estates June 29th This annual event is a County highlight on our summer calendar. Six of Ontarios top chefs create seasonally inspired dishes to pair with barrel samples from Huff Estates, Norman Hardie and Closson Chase. Wood Fired thin crust Pizzas on our Patio: Weekends 11-5 (tasting bar 10-6) till late September. On weekends this summer enjoy our wood-fired thin crust pizza with a glass of wine on our patio overlooking the vineyard. A special thanks goes out to the chefs from Pizzeria Libretto, Terroni and Daniel Usher from Ortolan for helping us develop our dough recipe and training our chefs in the tricky art of thin crust pizza making.
