Our much-anticipated release of our 2021 Cuvée Tornado (click here for the history of the name) is finally here. This wine has become a cult classic and will sell out quickly. Unfortunately, there will be no Tornado releases for two more years, hopefully the conditions in 2023 will be perfect for us to recreate this magical wine. This 18-hour skin contact Pinot Gris is slightly pink with a beautiful nose of fresh all spice and citrus. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and was bottled with minimal sulphur additions. 17 years ago, when I was Vice President of PECWA, I came up with the concept of the Terroir tasting. Over 30 local wineries and cideries will be showcasing their wines and ciders at Terroir this Saturday, May 6th from 11am to 4pm at The Eddie Hotel & Farm in Bloomfield. Myself and Erica will be there pouring our wines. Come join us and explore the best the County has to offer.

Our pizza oven and the John Bil oyster bar are currently open 5 days a week (Mon./Tues. 11am-3:30, Thurs.-Sun. 11am-6pm). Once it warms up significantly the pizza oven will be open 7 days a week. The tasting bar is open daily from 10am to 6pm. We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Prince Edward County!

As always if you can’t make it to the County, we are happy to deliver directly from our cellar to your front door via our online store. Free shipping is available for most orders, even smaller ones. We ship across Canada including Quebec, and mixed cases are welcomed.

Pizza Oven & Patio

Our menu includes our wood-fired thin-crust pizzas, the freshest PEI oysters (delivered three times a week), in-house-smoked trout, organic seasonal salads with greens from Fiddlehead Farms, and more. Our outdoor patio is child and dog friendly so you can enjoy lunch with the whole family. We do not require reservations and work on a first-come first-served basis for both the pizza oven and the tasting bar. Come visit us any time.
