What a year it has been. We were thrown many curveballs including COVID, drought followed by lots of rain, and a challenging post-COVID opening (re: labour, safety precautions, etc.). I’m thankful to have had our incredible staff who all pulled together and got us through 2021 smoothly.
As we get into the final stretch of the holiday season, please be reminded that we can deliver the gift of wine across Canada including Quebec. To ensure orders outside Ontario arrive by Christmas, please place your order by this Thursday, Dec. 16th at 9am. All Ontario orders must be placed by this Sunday, Dec. 19th. We offer free shipping on all Ontario orders $90 or more, and on orders across Canada of $200 or more.
Over the last year during COVID, we have developed a simple and delicious Winter Food program that will warm one’s soul during the cold season. We are serving individual piping hot lasagnas, fresh PEI oysters, in-house cold-smoked trout served with toasted sourdough, as well as warm cast-iron olives, and Norm’s favourite South-African style beef biltong. This simple and delicious menu will be available daily until 5pm during the holiday season.
We’ve built some beautiful outdoor, enclosed, and heated cabanas which can be used for outdoor tastings or for enjoying our delicious Winter Food Program. We also have seating indoors next to the tanks, or outdoors next to roaring fire pits. We look forward to welcoming you for tastings and food this winter.
